To commemorate the announcement Blizzard is releasing a limited edition statue. Want it? You have to fork over 249.99 US Dollars. I'm already on the wait list so get on it. The wait list is probably going to get real long so get on it as quick as you can. The way the wait list works is it operates on a first come first serve basis. So if someone ahead of you doesn't want it anymore or their credit card fails they will notify you for a chance to get one. So hurry! Chances are the wait list is growing as we speak!!! It is estimated to ship October 2007.
Don't get your hopes up that this is also the date or month of the game release. It has been stated before that Starcraft 2 will not be released in 2007.
